Alpha Company are the defenders of the Detachment. They include mainly rifles and long range defence weapons to keep the enemy from the centre of operations. While aboard, the star-ship, they defend the top 8 decks during intruder alert. They use the range and the holodeck, for defence practice and defence simulations.
