The Company Commander is responsible for all the Marines assigned to there company . They are reqiuered to take xoomand of any special ground operations and lease such actions with security.

The Infantry onboard the USS William F Halsey are split into two companies:

• Alpha (Defence) Company  - 414^th Company
• Beta (Attack) Company - 415^th Company
